On December 22, 2025, with only 4 days left until the first prototype vehicle of Huachuang Energy is rolled off the production line, all employees are enthusiastic and in a state of sprint preparation. Currently, the preparation work for the commissioning of the four major process production lines is basically ready.
Stamping, as a key link in automobile production, bears the responsibility of providing high-quality components for subsequent processes. Walking into the stamping workshop, what catches the eye is that the equipment is entering the trial production stage. Advanced stamping equipment operates efficiently in the roaring sound. After one stamping process, steel plates are quickly transformed into various shapes of automotive sheet metal parts. Employees monitor the operation status of the equipment with full attention to ensure that each stamping part meets strict quality standards. From the loading and positioning of raw materials to the first piece inspection after stamping and forming, every step follows strict operational procedures.
The welding workshop has completed the verification of the hanging welding machine and welding clamp stations, and the maintenance of the welding vehicle's wire adjustment plate chain, welding robot, and lifting equipment has also been completed. The accuracy and quality of the welding process directly determine the structural strength and driving safety of the vehicle, and production staff make every effort to ensure the complete assembly of the new car with practical actions.
The painting workshop is also intensively carrying out the final installation and commissioning before production. The pre-treatment/electrophoresis line tank leakage test has been completed, and the pure water unit commissioning program has been written, preparing for the subsequent formal mass production.
