VEHICLE PRODUCTION CAPABILITY
HCCV’s production line is designed to have an annual capacity of 60,000 vehicles. The company adopts “the intelligent manufacturing demonstration application factory” as the construction standard, which has a high degree of intelligence, automation, informatization and digital characteristics.

STAMPING
The building area of the stamping plant is 10,240 square meters, which is divided into six areas: operation area, material preparation area, maintenance area, mold repair area, mold storage and raw material storage area. It has a highly integrated pro- duction line with a total stamping capacity of 4600 tons which can punch metal materials such as high-strength steel and aluminum alloys. It has excellent deep drawing perfor- mance, perfect forming ability and stamping process curve.

WELDING
The building area of the welding plant is 18300 square meters. The plant uses fully- integrated automation equipment, with multiple welding robots working together. The welding auto- mation rate is as high as 90%, realizing automated manage- ment of welding parameters, quality management, equip- ment management, logistics and other aspects.
PAINTING
PAINTING
The building area of the painting plant is 29700 square meters. The process layout adopts a regio- nal division method, with an overall layout two-la- yers and the partial three-story layout. The same or similar equipment and processes are arranged in the same area to facilitate the organization and management of production.
FINAL ASSEMBLY
FINAL ASSEMBLY
The building area of the final assembly plant is 21120 square meters, with a planning production capacity is 60,000 units per year. It is mainly composed of production area, parts turnover area and vehicle testing and commissio- ning area. It is an intelligent flexible production line that can realize the colli- near production of varieties and models. The plant assembly line consists of PBS body storage line, interior assembly line, chassis assembly line and final assembly line. Besides, it is equipped with 3 assembly lines, which are instru- ment panel, common chassis and powertrain assembly lines. The main equi- pment is from domestic and foreign first-line brands.
