Good news of signing! Walk with like-minded people
On December 11, 2024, Huachuang Commercial Vehicle signed a cooperation agreement with Sahand Khodro, Iran's third-largest automobile manufacturer, to deepen cooperation on exporting automotive KD parts to the Middle East market. Huachuang Commercial Vehicle will continue to provide automotive KD parts to Sahand Khodro in the future with an annual quantity of 50000 sets. Mr. Bahiraee Farhad, CEO of Sahand Khodro, and Mr. Feng Xiaojun, General Manager of Huachuang Commercial, signed the contract as representatives of both parties.
Sahand Khodro is a subsidiary of Modiran Vehicle Manufacturer Co (MVM). MVM was founded in 2000 and is one of Iran's major automobile manufacturers, aiming to produce and assemble various passenger and commercial vehicles. Representative models include Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 8, with annual sales exceeding 150000 units in 2023 and an expected sales of over 250000 units in 2024. The company plans to exceed 500000 units in the next two years and currently ranks among the top three in terms of market share in the Iranian automobile market. Mr. Feng Xiaojun, General Manager of Huachuang Commercial, accompanied Mr. Bahiraee Farhad, CEO of Sahand Khodro, and his delegation to visit the four major workshops, research institutes, and exhibition halls of Huachuang Commercial. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on business development.
At the symposium, Mr. Chen Zhenfeng, Chairman of Huachuang Commercial, and Mr. Feng Xiaojun, General Manager, gave a detailed introduction to the progress of Huachuang Commercial's production line construction, strategic development plan, existing and under research products. Mr. Bahiraee Farhad, CEO of Sahand Khodro, expressed a strong intention to cooperate and invest, hoping to become a shareholder of Huachuang Commercial in the future and establish deeper cooperation with it. At the same time, he proposed three cooperation needs, and both parties reached a consensus:
(1) 50000 sets/year KD loose parts export project, including DKD, SKD, and CKD parts, exported to Iran;
(2) Collaborate to develop new vehicle models, Sahand Khodro has proposed specific development requirements including seating capacity and power form for the Huachuang M7 and T70 models, as well as production milestones for each model. Both parties will conduct in-depth technical exchanges in the future;
(3) Sahand Khodro agrees with the development plan of Huachuang Commercial and intends to further establish a strategic partnership with Huachuang Commercial to achieve win-win cooperation.
